Gentle yoga is a variation of the hatha tradition of yoga. It was created to be accessible to all types of students, and to support their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Gentle yoga seeks to provide therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses. Please bring a mat to class. 

Senior Citizen Exercise Class

Fit Over 50: Light Aerobics is a fun class for older active adults and beginners just starting out. It is a slow to moderate paced, easy to follow aerobics class which turns up the fun by using music classics that participants can sing along with. 

Kickboxing Class

Cardio Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Please bring a mat to class. 

Boxer in Training

Kickboxing on the Bag is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This class uses a heavy bag & boxing gloves to give you a high-energy workout that challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Please bring a gloves and mat to class.

Fit Over 50: Strength & Balance is a great class for any fitness level. This class focuses on toning & building strength in the upper body. After the toning portion the class then focuses on maintaining & improving balance.
