Women's Share Circle is a gathering where the women of our community are invited to come & share stories about their lives; past, present or future. We can all learn from each other & our shared experiences. It is in the art of listening that we build compassion & empathy towards others. Each meeting will have a specific topic, but all are welcome to share whatever they choose. 

Morning Meditation is a weekly guided meditation. In taking a mind and body approach to wellness it is an important addition and tool to add to ones wellness regimen.  Meditation is a useful tool to help manage stress. It can also help participants to gain new perspective and insight on situations. It promotes emotional health and may reduce age-related memory loss. It is an excellent way to start your day. 

Book Club is an opportunity for our community to get together to discuss books that focus on women's health and other female issues. Each book selected is a way for us to learn more about our bodies, ourselves or about successful women and their inspiring stories. Book Club meets once a month.

Workshops are a great way to meet new people and learn new things. Monthly workshops offer a wide range of topics from women's health issues, nutrition, metaphysical topics and crafting.

Special Events are hosted throughout the year. Some of our past events include psychic readings, Breast Cancer Research Fundraisers, community pot luck gatherings, Holiday Shopping Fairs, CPR Training and Guest Speakers.
